located within a short distance of many attractions some
of which are listed below.
The National Botanic Garden of Wales.
The first national botanic garden of the new millennium
to be created in the U.K. and a new institution for
Wales. Lovely themed gardens, rolling parkland and
secluded woodland are an inspired blend of the past and
future. See the award winning Great Glasshouse and lots
more.
Llyn Llech Owain Country Park.
The visitors centre stands beside the lake, there are
splendid views from here. During the bird nesting
season, it has live pictures from nest sites
within the Park which are transmitted to the Visitors
centre. Snipe, Reed Bunting, Moorhen, Little Grebe
and Dabchick regularly breed here.

Caravan & Camping Park).
Dinefwr Park.
(This is National Trust) at the heart of Welsh
history for hundreds of years.
Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust.
The most exciting estuary in Wales.
The following towns
Carmarthen, Swansea, Llanelli and
Llandeilo, Ammanford all of which are within
20 minutes drive from us.

We have minimum of 10 amp hook ups available on
most pitches.

We are stockists for Calor gas and Camping Gaz.

We have been awarded the
"Gold Award"
(2006)
for conservation. We have lots of wild life with
peace and quiet at most times of the year, and a very
pleasant place to stay.
This is the edge of Kite country if you are lucky you
may see them. Sparrow Hawk, Kestrel and Buzzard
are often seen flying over here. With low light
pollution at Black Lion caravan and camping park, you
can clearly see the stars on a good night.
Children's
Play Area.
We had a new children's play area installed for 2005
(see below). And we have plenty of room for them to
play. We do not have
any other entertainment for children, just open space.
